Refund and Returns Policy

At Prosperity Pet, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a flexible returns policy to make your shopping experience as convenient and hassle-free as possible.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. This gives you ample time to decide if the product is right for you and your pet.

Return Methods

  • In-Store: You can return the item to any Prosperity Pet store where the item was originally purchased. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase with you to facilitate the return process.
  • By Post: Items can also be returned via post. Please note that you are responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with returning the item. To ensure the return is processed efficiently, include your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Condition of Returned Items

We accept returns of items that have been opened and partially used. However, to be eligible for a return, at least half of the product must remain in the packet. This policy is in place to allow our customers to try our products without feeling stuck if it’s not the perfect fit for their pet.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return condition requirements. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original card/payment method used at checkout. Please note, the refund will cover the subtotal of the order, excluding any taxes, shipping costs, card surcharges, and handling fees.

Exclusions

Please be aware that certain items may be excluded from our returns policy due to health and safety reasons. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product’s description page.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
